A Message From Our President

As President of Evergreen Park Chicago Chapter (EPCC) of Top Ladies of Distinction Inc., I extend greetings to all. Since 2005, EPCC has been serving “Youth and Adults” throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, but majority of the focus is on South Side of Chicago.

Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD) can be identified as: Transforming Lives and Making a difference that builds upon, “One Teen, One Lady and One Community at a Time (TLC).” Service is what we do!

As an organization TLOD has rendered service for over 55 years and EPCC has for 21 years. As an organization we have provided over a million hours of community service. This has been accomplished by Ladies, Teens, Lords, and the numerous community partnerships. TLOD is committed to our five programmatic thrusts: Status of Women (SOW), Senior Citizens, Community Beautification, Community Partnerships and Top Teens of America (TTA). The following national programs keep us as an organization deeply involved in the community and we are able to engage our Teens in community service: United Negro College Fund (UNCF), Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA), National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and an affiliate of the National Council of Negro Women, Inc. (NCNW). This is who we are as TLOD.
